2 Nights Port Blair – 1 Night Havelock Island

 Day 01 -  Airport Pick Up. Later Trip To Cellular Jail Light and Sound Show
Day 02 –  Port Blair to Havelock Island in Ferry and Later Trip to Radhanagar Beach
Day 03 -  Kalapathar Beach and Later Depart from Havelock Island to Port Blair.
Day 04 -  Airport Drop

 

Itinerary in Detail:

Day 1: ARRIVE PORT BLAIR

Arrive at Port Blair in the morning/afternoon by flight and our representative will be waiting outside holding a placard with your name on it. You will be taken to your hotel where you relax and rest.

Later will start the breathtaking trip to Corbyn's Cove Beach, one of the most picturesque, coconut palm-fringed beaches, 7 km away from Port Blair town, and to the Cellular Jail, a place of pilgrimage for all freedom-loving people. One can also view the history of the heroic freedom struggle which is brought alive in a moving Light & Sound Show at the Cellular Jail.

Day 02: PORT BLAIR- HAVELOCK

Today we depart to Andaman Islands most amazing destination, Havelock Island. The destination is rated as the best island in India. Depart from Port Blair to Havelock Island in a ferry. Upon reaching Havelock, our representative attends you and will drop you at your hotel. Rest and Relax in a beachside resort. Later we begin our journey to one among Asia's best beach, Radhanagar Beach. Explore this white sand beach and bask in the beauty of this natural wonder. Post this we drop you back to your resort where you relax and unwind. Overnight stay at respective Hotel / Resort at Havelock Island.

Note:- Carry extra cloths in case if you want to get down in water @ Radhanagar Beach.

Day 03: HAVELOCK TO PORT BLAIR

After Breakfast check proceeds to Kala Pathar beach by road. Get a glimpse of various Resorts & Dive centers en route. Spend the rest of the day at leisure enjoying white sand beaches. In the evening catch the ferry and return to Port Blair. Our representative will meet you at Port Blair and drop you at your hotel for an overnight stay. Ferry Timing from Havelock to Port Blair is around 4:00 PM.

Day 04: DEPARTURE FROM PORT BLAIR

CANCELATION POLICY

· If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

· If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

· If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

· In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

· All water activities are subject to weather conditions.

· Ferry sailing is subject to weather conditions. Alternate arrangements will be made in case sailing does not take place due to weather or payload restriction. However, Mytourguru will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to the non-sailing of the ferry and will be governed by our cancellation policy. The itinerary flow is subject to change.

· Cancellation charges as per company policy.

· The above rates are subject to change in case of travel during the peak season – 15th Dec 2021 – 10th Jan 2022.

· In case we are not able to provide the same hotels as mentioned, then we shall provide similar alternate properties, change in the cost if any will be advised.

· Ferry / Cruise Operations are purely subjected to Govt. Clearance.

· Union Territory “Andaman & Nicobar Islands” is under the restricted area category. Please carry valid photo Identity proof issued by Govt. of India (Driving License, Aadhaar Card, and Passport)

· All the hotels at Port Blair, Havelock, and Neil Island have early check at 0900hrs. Guests having late afternoon flights may book additional tours accordingly.

· Our Executive may change your itinerary depending on the weather condition and availability of the ferry and the same will be updated to you daily basis.

Point to be noted while Travelling to Andaman

1. In Andaman mobile networks are BSNL, AIRTEL & VODAFONE and no other networks are supported.

2. All foreign nationals and Indians staying abroad holding a passport of different countries (PIO/OCI) needs to register themselves on arrival at Port Blair Airport (Emigration) which should have a valid India visa or obtain a RAP - Restricted Area Permit, which is valid for 30 days of stay in Andaman’s.

3.  Our executive will hold the placard outside the airport exit gate.

Covid-19 Guidelines: 

1. All asymptomatic passengers who have been vaccinated with both doses of COVID 19 Vaccine and 15 days have been lapse since the administration of the second dose of the vaccine and have the final vaccination certificate issued through the COWIN portal are exempted from the mandatory requirement of carrying negative RTPCR Report to travel to Port Blair from Mainland. And also such passengers will be excepted from undergoing additional RTPCR tests on Arrival at Port Blair Airport. Such passengers shall also have to produce the ID card / Documents mentioned in the vaccination certificate for verification. 
2. It's mandatory to carry a Covid RT-PCR negative report sampled within 48 hrs of travel date who has been vaccinated with a single dose or have not vaccinated. 
3. Upon testing negative, you are free to travel within South Andaman (Port Blair- havelock- Neil island) and in case tested positive, a Standard Isolation process is to be followed. 
4. Kindly carry a few copies of your Covid Report and Photo ID for convenience
5. We require all guests’ ID proof (Pan Card not accepted) upon confirmation of booking to ensure all services are booked on time.

9. Temperature checks will be conducted every time a guest boards the vehicle. Should the temperature be higher than 99 degrees, along with other symptoms, including but not limited to coughing, sneezing, and shortness of breath, they will be assisted to visit the nearest hospital or healthcare facility.
